May / June : booking 4 nights minimum or weekly price

July / August : 7 nights minimum up to 2 weeks

Bookings from Saturday 4pm to next Saturday 10am

Additional Cost : 

- Final cleaning (including cleaning & ironing for sheets and towels) : € 280

​

- Occupancy Taxes are  required by law : the amount is calculated according to the price per night and the number of people.

We remit local taxes collected to the tax office on behalf of the host

- Swimming Pool Towels : 

The house towels cannot be used for the pool but we can provide swimming pool's towels for an extra : € 10 / person / week 

​

Booking : 

We will send a booking contract to be signed and we require a 30% deposit on booking.

The balance is to be paid ten weeks before the first day of your stay.

Once the deposit is received, your dates will be booked and guaranteed.

Finally, we will then send our "Guide du locataire" + access plan + pool manual

Cancellation Policy :

We do have a strict cancellation policy : the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after paying the final sum, i.e less than 10 weeks before the start of your holiday, this is also non-refundable.

By signing the booking form you are agreeing to these conditions.

Beds and towels are prepared for your arrival.

Prices include supply and cleaning for sheets, towels and kitchen's linen (tablecloths, napkins, dishcloths) + wifi (normal use)

A set of oil, vinegar, coffee & filters, tea, sugar, etc ... is at your disposal to facilitate your arrival.

A baby cot and a baby high chair are available free of charge on request.
