Geographic Location
The house is situated East of Bordeaux and South of Bergerac, in Périgord Pourpre. This region is famous for her beautiful landscape, vineyards, medieval castles, wines and gastronomy (foie gras, truffles, etc ...)
Nestled between the villages of Puyguilhem and Thénac, it is surrounded by the vineyards of "Château de Thénac", the forest, wheat fields or sunflowers depending on the season.
No direct neighbours, the place is extremely quiet and the view is breathtaking.
